Terms Conditions Refunds and Shipping

1. If we have cancel any order for some reason we will offer a  full refund to the customer.

2. We attempt to fulfil all orders as per these terms and conditions.

3. We aim to ship all products within 3 to14 business days, with  a 21 business days maximum. If an order is delayed after 14 days we will contact the customer notifying of the delay.

4. Delivery dates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

5. There is no  liability on our part for delays in the delivery of products that are delayed owing to events outside of our own control.

6. We do not offer refunds for standard packages lost in the post as standard mail does not guarantee delivery.

7. All our parcels are sent via standard 1st Class national and international mail using Royal Mail.

8. If goods arrive in a damaged condition then a full refund or replacement is offered when the package is returned minus shipping costs. All damaged goods must be returned in the originalproduct packaging or no refund or replacement can be made

9. All of our CD's our guaranteed for workmanship and quality for 12 months. If you require a replacement due to a fault, CDs must be returned in their orginal packaging before a replacement will be considered.
